PLAYERS QUESTIONNAIRE 

We ask for personal information from those who provide us with details about them for one-on-one personal development/college exposure so that we may have a better understanding of their basketball development needs.  This may include, but not limited to your name, address, phone number, Act scores, and e-mail address as each are different. 

PAYPAL PAYMENTS 

Payments made via PayPal for services or orders for templates are processed when you place an order online for one of the templates.  PayPal collects information from you including your name, address, and credit card information.  This information is needed in order for us to process and complete your order.  Other payment methods are checks, money orders, or cashier’s check. 

POLICY CHANGES 

FessIrvinBasketball.com reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time and requests that you review this policy for updates.
