programs.
The workout programs
are personally designed by Fess to help the player develop consistency in his
game. The workouts will challenge the player in all facets of the game. It is broken
down into 6-days (Monday-Saturday). These workout programs have proven to
be an excellent teaching/workout guide for the serious player. Each drill
is timed and explained in detail. Players at all levels will get a program
that will improve their overall game. These workouts are offered to amateur,
middle school, and high school players.

Covers six days - a
different workout each day!
I. AMATEUR (6th grade & below) Excellent 35 minute workout for the
beginners. This workout is designed to help the player establish his basketball
fundamental foundation. The workout focuses on left & right hand development,
ball handling, footwork, proper shooting, defensive footwork, body positioning,
passing, & rebounding. This is a 6-day workout. Each day the player will have a
different workout routine.
II. MIDDLE SCHOOL
(7th & 8th graders) This 45 minute daily workout is designed to help the
player develop his overall game and prepare him for high school basketball.
Introduction to advanced footwork, combination dribbles, shooting off the
dribble/stationary, movement without basketball, penetration pass, defensive
footwork, etc. 6-day workout.
III. HIGH SCHOOL
(9th-12th) This 90 minute workout is designed to help
the player prepare for
top competition on the high school level. It is also designed to prepare
you with the skills and techniques that a college coach will be looking
for. This workout will challenge the player in all facets of the game. This is
an excellent workout for the high school player that wants to play on the
college level. 6-day workout.
IV. POST PLAYERS
(4 & 5 positions) This is an excellent 60-minute workout for players that
will be playing the post position. This workout will cover advanced post
moves, advanced footwork, inside pivot moves, passing from post, mid-range
jump shots, defending the post, rebounding/blocking out, and ball handling.
Post players are required to be able to handle the basketball. 6-day
workout.
NOTE: These workouts are not pre-designed. They
are designed to fit the player's beginning skill level. All workouts are personally
